SecureLoc Ram Seals
The Domino Machine Anti-Extrusion Ram Seal is engineered for use in Production Rod BOPs to prevent the extrusion of the seal. This is a critical function in situations where the ram is exposed to high pressure and high velocity simultaneously.
The patented design incorporates retention grooves within the ram and corresponding anti-extrusion ribs on the seal. The anti-extrusion ribs are secured within these grooves, which resists the displacement or extrusion of the seal from the ram. This mechanism ensures that the seal maintains its integrity and sealing effectiveness, even when subjected to the high fluid velocities that occur during the closure of the BOP.
